7 years agoI found Michael Buford of Mike's Handyman Services, by searching Angie's List for handymen. I called him and sent him a photo of the loose tiles. Because of his busy schedule, we had to set an appointment several weeks out. Michael arrived at the appointed time. I provided him with a box of dry grout that had been used during the original shower tile installation years ago. He removed the loose tiles, ground off the old quickset, mixed a new batch, and reinstalled the tiles. He regrouted them and applied clear silicone caulk where appropriate. The results were beautiful and the tile looked like it did when first installed. Michael was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again, even for other than tile repair services. -

7 years agoThis is the 5th or 6th time we have hired Mike. He has replaced all of our common area subfloors, laid vinyl flooring, repaired a porch screen door and porch frame I damaged, fixed a patio door lockset, spray painted our step handrails, and installed blinds throughout our house. He is punctual, ethical, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with. He is the only vendor I feel comfortable with leaving in our house alone. In every way I can think of, he is a gift.
