Will you please let Mike know that I appreciate the time they took to get it done beautifully? The floors look brand new, and the color is exactly what I wanted :) -

12 years agoEvery step was done with professionalism and attention to detail. They worked with me to pick out the color of the stain and they were experts in finding the right color balance. They were very patient with me as I debated the color and offered their excellent advice. Each crew they had in here were knowledgable and kind. I loved the carpentry tricks I learned from the lead guy who took time to show me ways to improve installing our own base board. They were very prompt from the initial consult to the sanding installing and staining phases of the project. I trusted each crew as they were all very clean in their work, appearance and language. I would definitely recommend Heritage, as I have since using them.
