2 months agoWe can't stress enough how great our experience was with Jeff and his crew! From start to finish the team was on time, professional and demonstrated an immense skill with the huge equipment they used to demolish and remove an old building on our property. Everything was removed neatly and the property left in great shape. We highly recommend this company. They are awesome! -

2 months agoMr. Walter's and his crew did a great job of removing my pool. I was kept informed of everything they were doing. They left my property looking just the same as before they started. Great bunch of guys. I would highly recommend them. -

2 months agoI had 20' x 40' pool filled in. Jeff the owner was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing before and during the process. It was 3 day project that took about 12 full double axle dump trucks. The pool was drained, equipment removed, concrete was broken up into pool with a geo film, dirt packed with each load, graded the dirt and, Bermuda grass rolled on top. I had the valve to my water well got ran over by an excavator and Jeff got his crew to fix it immediately. Thank you Joe and Tyler. After the job Jeff had cleared up all ruts in the yard, regraded my gravel driveway, and even did some landscaping of unwanted shrubs and small trees between waiting for loads. -

2 months agoThis was one of our best contractor experiences. Jeff, Joe and Tyler were great to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. The cost if the pool demo, backfill and finishing with sod was reasonable. And most importantly we generally do most projects ourselves because of past experiences with others, that we were so happy with the process from start to finish, we very gladly threw in extra $$$ above the contracted price. My wife and I fully recommend them!

FAQ
How much does it cost to hire East Shelby Demolition & Pool Removal for pool removal or demolition?
We determine pricing based on project specifics like pool size, type (in-ground or above-ground), site access, and scope including concrete breaking, excavation, and hauling. An onsite quote provides a fair, customized price after evaluating these factors. This approach accounts for extra work such as removing previously filled pools that have become problematic over time.
Do you offer free estimates?
East Shelby Demolition & Pool Removal provides free onsite estimates to assess your project accurately. We schedule a prompt visit to discuss your needs, inspect the site, and explain the process before quoting. This ensures transparency from the start without any upfront costs to you.
Are you licensed and insured for demolition and pool removal services, East Shelby Demolition & Pool Removal?
We maintain proper licensing and insurance as a demolition, concrete, excavation, and landscaping contractor serving residential and commercial projects. Our years of experience across the Mid-South demonstrate our commitment to safe, compliant operations. Homeowners can verify our credentials through standard industry checks for peace of mind.
What specific demolition and pool removal tasks do you handle?
We perform full pool removals for both in-ground and above-ground pools, including breaking concrete, excavating sites, clearing land, and hauling debris to restore usable yard space. Our services extend to residential and commercial demolition, as shown in projects grading land near houses, demolishing structures, and digging out pools. This covers everything from swampy filled pools to complete site transformations.
What is the typical timeline and scheduling process with East Shelby Demolition & Pool Removal?
We schedule onsite quotes promptly upon contact and aim to start work soon after agreement, often completing pool removals quickly depending on size and conditions. Projects involve efficient steps from demolition to backfilling, with our crew arriving on time as promised. Factors like site access and weather influence the exact duration, but we keep you informed throughout.
How do you handle cleanup and debris removal after demolition?
We haul away all debris from pool removals and demolition sites, leaving the area cleared and ready for landscaping or other uses. Our process includes site clearing, proper disposal, and grading to turn unused spaces into flat, usable yard. This comprehensive cleanup ensures no traces remain, avoiding future issues like settling soil.
