I called the week everyone was preparing for an ice storm, and they were quick to get me seen for a chimney sweep and inspection. When they arrived, they quickly noticed our chimney was clean and didn't need to be swept (our house was a rental, and we wanted to make sure it was in good condition before lighting our fireplace). They told us they wouldn't charge us for the chimney sweep since it wasn't needed and gave us a full inspection report of our chimney, including a water-damage assessment that our home inspector failed to mention when we bought the house.
