7 years agoI can't say enough positive things about our experience. We were packed and ready to leave for vacation at 3am and woke up to a hot house. We called our regular a/c business at 7am and was told that it would be an emergency appt and someone wouldn't call us until the afternoon. I started calling any number I could find. Finally, Wayman was my hero! I told him the situation and it worked out that he was close by and generously offered to come over in 15 minutes. He found the issue, replaced the part, and did a tune up all in about an hour. Needless to say, we will be having him service our hvac from now on. Good honest customer service is hard to find and I am so appreciative for his willingness to squeeze us in. THANK YOU THANK YOU! A++++++ -
