I have been completely DISSAPOINTED with this company, it's leadership (no leadership even exists at this company) the owner will not even meet with customers to try and work out any or all issues. I will NEVER deal with this company again. After 6 failed attempts to compete the job at my home....... the job is still NOT CORRECT!!!!!!!!! I am ashamed I ever reached out to Quality Flooring in Hattiesburg MS for anything and I will NEVER Recommend them for ANY JOB ANY WHERE!! HAD TO CLICK ONE STAR SO I COULD EVEN MAKE A POST. -

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to fix an issue with the tile in my bathrooms. And it wasn't even their install. What started as a frustrating problem for me quickly turned into a seamless, stress-free experience thanks to their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. 1 year agoIf you want service that goes beyond the sale, great installers, and fair pricing, Quality Flooring is the only place to shop. They have floored my entire house, not once - twice! Knowledgeable, friendly, and fair and always there to help after the sale as well. They stand behind their products and their service. Didn't waste your time shopping anywhere else. -

2 years agoIf I could give a negative rating, I would...this company has been an absolute joke to work with. It took them 3 weeks to get us an estimate because they "lost" our information. Even after calling and being reassured that everything was going according to plan. We found out 2 weeks later and after 2 more times attempting contact that they lost the information. They came to install the countertops and broke tile on a brand new, unused, shower. There was no reason for them to be in the shower at all, but they turned on the water, broke the tile, and left as if nothing had happened. Furthermore, when contacting the company, they took ZERO responsibility, blamed the homeowner, and offered nothing in return for their careless mistake that will cost significant money and time to fix. After fighting with the owner, they offered to have someone they know come fix it or give us a little bit of money, which is barely enough to cover the materials cost but won't cover any of the labor costs to fix it. If their company just broke it, why would I trust someone they recommend to fix it? Eventually, they gave us what we deserved to make the repair. This company will end up costing you more money and time than if you go with another, more reputable, company. We will NEVER use this company again.
