3 weeks agoI STILL DO NOT HAVE MY TRASH CANS 2-24-26!!! THIS US GOING ON 4 WEEKS OF TRASH! This is ridiculous!!DO I NEED TO REPORT YALL TO GET ONE??? Please call me or send these cans!! have reached out and tried to communicate and all I get is their call service. I Leave my info and nobody has reached out to me. I'm going on two weeks of trash with no end in sight of getting trash cans. I'm an elderly person and this is extremely frustrating for me. Please please contact me and at least let me know that I will get a trash cans soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter! Thank you for responding to me so quickly! I have emailed the email you gave me and I look forward to y'all resolving this matter. The response at how fast you can do this will make me want to write a glowing review for you, as I know you are trying to roll this service out as fast as possible! -

3 weeks agoBeen trying to get cans&service set up(Forrest county resident)for 5+weeks and zero response. I've filled out the form online&submitted it 3 separate times,no response or acknowledgement they got it, called the number provided dozens of time in the past 5 weeks no answer ever and no voicemail option, went to Hattiesburg location but no way to get into the property, emailed directly and no response. This is absurd. Work customer service Ive ever had. -
