14 years agoThe workers were knowledgable and professional. They arrived at my home, took a quick look at the situation and then immediately set up and went to work. The half of the tree hanging over my house had to be tied off, suspended by ropes and cut away/lowered one branch at a time to avoid striking the house. Entire tree cut and removed, worksite cleaned up and all equipment gone in less than 4 hours. They never took a break until the job was finished, declined offers of drink (water, tea, cola etc) and bathroom use.They even used a leaf blower to clear sawdust and debris from my roof. The original cost estimate was honored in full. The only complaint I might have would be slow response/delay/uncertainty scheduling an appraisal and scheduling actual work. They were very busy with other jobs and most of their equipment was at a big job out of town, so that's not much ground for complaint. I would not hesitate to use them again and give them my highest recommendation.
