3 weeks agoI saw Estella on an Instagram ad and decided to take the step to inquire about her services. I've been procrastinating with cleaning so her cleaners absolutely saved me. The ladies were very sweet and very efficient! I immediately booked a 2nd appointment with them :) Edit: They have just finished their 2nd appointment with me and did a lovely job once again! This time around, they did a deep clean of my entire home. Absolutely love how this has saved me mentally and physically. My home is now in such a better state to keep up with the day to day cleaning -

4 weeks agoEstela's crew was like a cleaning army. (Used them for a deep cleaning before listing our house for sale.) Got right to work after a quick walkthrough, and didn't stop until finished (we still provided some snacks & sodas--it's hard work). Estela responded quickly to texts and gave a firm quote. Her son stopped by to check on everything. I did not know there was an extra charge for the oven as ours was pretty nasty, but because I had mentioned it in my initial request, and she forgot to inform me then, her son was willing to include it anyway--so I thought it a fair compromise to give half the extra charge, and they were cool with it. The cleaning crew did an amazing job with the caked-on soap scum in the shower and another tub, dusted just about everything. Missed just a few minor spots but that was on me because they gave me the chance to walk around and point out anything that was missed. Make sure you tip the ladies if you're satisfied (totally unsolicited; just the way I was raised--treat people the way you want to be treated). Great service and I would recommend them! 1 month agoI just had my cleaning done today. It was a bit of a rocky start after 4 changes in time/day/cleaner they were finally able to help us out. The lady they were able to send did a wonderful job. She was very detailed in her work and my house looks and smells amazing. I had some bad hard water stains in my bathroom and that was a big reason why I wanted them, she did great getting the stains out. And bonus points she was good with my animals too, let my dog smell her so he would relax and said hello to all my kitties. She even went above and beyond and helped clean my 4 season porch when all I "ordered" was inside the house. Not horribly priced and the lady actually spent her entire time cleaning! All in all when I need services again, they will be hearing from me! -
