2 months agoI used Bogo Pest Control in 2024 for both wasp nest and mouse treatments-both of which were quite expensive. Recently, I reached out again for another wasp issue and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The way they explained the service this time was completely different from last year, yet they insisted that all this information had been shared with me before and that I had simply forgotten. I find that hard to believe, as I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and likes to understand what I'm paying for. During the call, they repeated the same explanation verbatim four times, even after I said I understood. It felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I'm frustrated and no longer feel confident in their service. I would not recommend them. -
