1 month agoI really can't say enough about Matt and his team with Inova. He was referred to us by our realtor after buying a home for which we wanted to make some interior changes and repairs. Matt was quick and reasonable with a quote, easy to work with, on-time, and most importantly, his team did a great job. We couldn't be happier. We were out of state during the whole project, with our daughter and son-in-law checking in on the work infrequently. Matt was highly communicative, used technology effectively to keep us up to date with the progress, and adjusted easily when unanticipated barriers were encountered in the project. Change orders were few and very reasonable, and did I already mention the project finished on-time?! We were impressed enough that our son-in-law will be hiring Matt's team for some other work that he wants done, and they've shared his information with close friends looking for a reliable contractor as well. Bottom line, we couldn't be happier with the recommendation we had from our realtor, would unreservedly use Inova services again (and probably will as money allows), and we highly recommend them for any type of remodeling or construction project. In the planning phase he helped me understand the process and costs he quoted. He patiently answered my many questions. During the work he was communicative about what work would be happening and when. He listened to feedback and went above and beyond in carrying out the agreed-upon work. Matt pays close attention to the details, it's clear he takes pride in his work and his company. Bottom line, I'd enthusiastically recommend Inova Builds to friends and family.
