1 month agoI had a headlight issue and owner of the shop (Windys Collision) told me the task will be $72/hour. The paper invoice I was giving literally says "$72.00/hour (Basis will take 2.3 hours)". I stayed around the shop as they worked on it and the task ended up taking exactly 1 hour to finish and the OWNER attempted to charge me for the FULL 2.3 hours which would have been $165.60. Perhaps deep down he believed this would take 2 hours to complete. We had a slight back and forth and he made some slight remarks like "Oh you should be thanking me!" (Thanks? Just stick to your word is all I'm saying). Don't give me a paper invoice that says $72.00/hour and then try to upcharge me. Overall I didn't appreciate the dishonety of the pricing. 1 star because his mechanics seem like nice people and they did do a good job on the headlights. -

3 months agoI came in for bumper damage. I had this same problem 6 months ago and brought it into a chain collision place. They took 3 times as long and cost 2 times as much as Windy's, and they didn't even fix the issue properly. Windy's did. I would highly recommend Windy's for collision repairs. -

10 months agoI have had my vehicles repaired several times at Windys including rust repair, leaking gas t ank replacement, broken mirror replacement and most recently minor collision repair. They have done excellent work. They have stuck to their original estimates and completed the work in a timely matter. They are friendly service oriented, completed the work timely and professionally.
