3 months agoHorrible communication and follow through. Requested service around 3:30 PM and no truck at 10 PM. When calling in I was told 30 to 60 minutes. Then 90 minutes. Finally scheduled a pick up for next day. When trying g to express my concerns office staff avoided answering or contacting me. Weather was not a factor for any delays. I communicated my concerns with the auto shop that recommended them. Save yourself a massive headache and use anyone else. Truck driver gave me a quote for service that wasn't accurate as well. -
