7 months agoOur yard was a disaster. We had a large puppy who dug many holes, past companies we hired did no good in stopping weeds and growing the grass. Got an immediate answer when I contacted them (and always do), came out, planted seed, fertilized, weed control, etc. I was so impressed i hired them to mow to assure we had a lush yard again. Today, it is thick with healthy grass, no weed patches, etc. The only complaint is how fast it grows because in a few days it is like plush carpet. Best feature is the pricing. One of the most economical around. A lot of bang for the buck! -

10 months agoAs a customer of Rochester Ground Lawn & Snow Services, I had a small issue in my lawn at my townhome. I contacted the owner, Darend Yetter, and he listened to my concern. His professional and caring procedure, went beyond my expectation to take care of it very quickly. This was one of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had! I highly recommend Rochester Ground Lawn & Snow Removal. Thank you Darend Yetter!!! -

10 months agoHonestly great service hands down in the area I would have gave them a 5 accept they have quit showing up to my house and I do not know what I have done. I do not owe any money. So I'm confused on why I was tossed away and being I'm black I truly hope that has nothing to do with it but it's Rochester mn. Let's be honest. No call back no answering my calls now and no follow ups after I was told previous customers did not have to reassign to calling in April beginning of April for backed up service. I even went to their website and did another estimate went through my emails I can't find nothing not even a complaint. So I honestly do not know why my services were skipped without a notice or anything. So I'm confused at this point ruined relationship for what reason I do not know I haven't even gotten a notice of service cancellation it is now June. -

The attention to detail he instills into his team is obvious not only in the way they conduct their work but also with how they interact with the residents in our communities. Darend is quick to respond to both snow events, which in Minnesota is a pretty big deal, and general questions. If you are looking to have any type of lawn care/landscaping work done, or if you need a new contractor, Darend and his team should be your first call!
