9 years agoDegeus was very good about returning our calls and staying in contact with us while we were collecting bids. However, once we decided to go with them and we gave them a $500 deposit we never heard from then again. They told us our repair would be scheduled for September 12. It is now October 2 and still nothing. My husband has called and left messages multiple times but no one will even return our calls. -

12 years agoFirst of all they were very busy; however, as accomodating as they could be which I appreciated. We were not all that pleased with the job done by the person installing the cement board; however, the person who came to do the tile (Shane) more than made up for his predecessor. Shane was prompt, professional, friendly, and accomodating. He was very organized and tidy throughout the process. He cleaned up perfectly after his work and the tile job is beautiful!! ! He also had an assistant one of the days whose name I believe was Kurt? He was also very pleasant and courteous. All in all is was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them. My husband and I are very impressed with Shane and he represents his company well! Thank you Shane! -
