4 months agoCrane pest solutions is an excellent option for pest control! Unfortunately my family fell victim to bed bugs. They were causing a lot of emotional distress and the bites were just awful. Bed bugs become a big problem, and FAST! Thankfully Crane pest responded to my call very quickly. I called a variety of different companies, yet Crane pest responded the fastest and was able to book an inspection within days of my call. Other companies were not able to show up at all for an inspection, quoted me large prices, had a long wait period for treatment (6 weeks out) and did not offer the empathy & care Crane offered. Treatment was applied fast and is very effective. The bites reduced drastically. Bed bugs require multiple rounds of treatment, but with every application, it gets better. The owner came free of charge between treatments for an inspection after we voiced possible worries about the problem. We received a great deal, and a lot of care from Crane pest! "When pests are a pain, CALL CRANE!" You will be glad you did. -

He's been straightforward, honest, and personable, and he offers very affordable options that are best for my situation, not options that will only make him a sale. That honesty is very, very important to me! In addition, he knew I was struggling with finding where mice were entering my home and offered some recommendations on where I could place bait stations, fix potential holes, or trim foliage back to cut down on their hiding places, even though he was only out there to spray for bugs that day. It meant the world to me, as a young first-time homeowner trying to balance home projects and bills. Brandon treats you like a person, not just another customer! My neighbor recommended Brandon after I had made an appointment with a different company. Brandon came out before the other big named company. I have had a fantastic experience with Brandon, especially because he explains why and what treatments will work best for the situation. Crane Pest Control was more reasonably priced than the premium prices charged by big brand companies. You will not be disappointed with Brandon and the customer service he provides.
