6 months agoI only went with Parents because it was close and I was desperate, but after the service I got, they're my go to shop now! I had kind of an odd repair needed, very different than what I dropped it off thinking I needed but the guys at Parents were lovely to work with! Alec in the front office was so kind and incredibly communicative, keeping me updated on how things were going and timeline changes. Everyone there was incredibly honest, not trying to upsell extra, unneeded repairs on the car or pull a fast one over on a young woman desperate to get her car fixed. They did a great job getting my car running again and for significantly less than I was originally quoted! 100% will be back simply based on how kind and honest everyone was and the communication I received. -
