We were on the phone with him within days and he more than delivered. Being in real estate ourselves, we had high, high expectations and the Zehnder team more than delivered. 1 year agoWe just completed a build on a custom garage with Zehnder Homes (after using Zehnder Homes to build our house). In the case of both builds, Eric and his team were knowledgeable, open to ideas (and changes throughout the process), and we love the outcome of both of our projects. It's worth noting that over the course of any large project, there are going to be challenges. Whenever we had any concerns (timing, subs, etc.), we talked about it and landed in a spot that was fair to both us and Zehnder Homes. We really appreciate Eric and his team standing by their work. 1 year agoWe had a great experience building our custom home in Mtka with Zehnder Homes! We truly felt that Eric and his team wanted to build us a home that we loved and they were very accommodating to us making some changes along the way which we appreciated. The vendors we worked with were overall helpful, professional and prompt and we feel the quality of the house is great. We were able to move in about 8 months after they broke ground. We would recommend using Zehnder for your future home build.
