1 month agoVery disappointed in Service Master DSI, Maple Grove. They did not clean all the surfaces as outlined in the proposal. They came back and tried it again and still didn't clean everything as requested. The cleaners excuse was that he didn't have any good cleaning supplies. Most areas were not even touched and had to be cleaned by my realtors team. They did lower the cost, and felt this Google Review should be 5 stars because of it. No way. I don't want anyone to go thru the frustration of working with this company like I did. -

4 months agoIn November 2025, my apartment was flooded due to an incident in a neighboring unit. Although the amount of water was not substantial, it caused significant damage. Unfortunately, the pack-out process that followed was extremely disappointing. Several items that were labeled as "loss" should have been salvageable. For example, I had expensive décor on my bathroom walls that was deemed damaged even though the water never reached the walls. My Echo Show was also categorized as damaged despite never coming into contact with water. At the same time, some items that were actually sitting in the water were inexplicably left in my apartment. This inconsistency is very concerning. I received my belongings back approximately six weeks later, and the delivery process was overwhelming. The movers brought in an excessive number of boxes-far more than I anticipated. When I began unpacking, I was shocked to find that each box contained only two to four items surrounded by an unreasonable amount of packing paper. Many of the boxes were extremely light, which made the volume of packaging feel unnecessary and wasteful. This has created a significant burden for me. I have spent more than a week unpacking and disposing of packing materials, filling multiple garbage and recycling bins in my building. I can only imagine how difficult this would be for someone living in a home without access to large, shared waste facilities. The amount of packing material used raises concerns about whether the company is compensated based on the number of boxes packed. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. Given the excessive and unnecessary packing, I believe the team responsible for packing my items should return to unpack them and properly dispose of the boxes and packing materials.
