2 months agoDevin and Alex removed ice dams from my roof and did a fantastic job! They arrived on time and within an hour of my calling them. They are professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Devin and Alex cared enough to be thorough from beginning the job to cleanup and will be back to make changes for prevention of future problems in the spring. I am grateful for their help and would recommend to anyone with ice dams to call Keystone! Just had ice issues on different part of the roof with this heavy spring like snow, so I called Devin and Alex. Again, they were quick to respond and that resolved the problem! I appreciate their expertise and efficiency! -

4 months agoI hired Keystone Services to remove a few ice dams. Brandon came out and reviewed the problem. He gave me a variety of ideas to fix the problem when it gets warm. Devin led the crew removing the ice dams. Communication was excellent. Team was courteous and did a great job cleaning up. Not a fun problem to have but I would recommend Keystone if you need help. I'll be hiring Keystone Builders to fix the problem next spring so I don't have to do this again. Thank you Keystone team! -

4 months agoDevin was so easy to work with in order to get my cracked siding fixed. Keystone put it on about 2 years ago and somehow it got cracked. Devin scheduled on short notice. Alex and Devin were very friendly! Explained things, Fixed both cracked pieces yet reused the pieces we could. That made me so happy. Their work was amazing. They had great team work. The communication between them was great to see. I will continue to use Keystone. Thank you guys, it was a pleasure to meet you both
