1 month agoReached out about having a few items removed. He asked for more details and I provided them. (Literally 2 large items, they were hollow.) He read it and never said anything. Like it wasn't even worth his time . A simple, "Thanks ma'am, unfortunately we won't be able to assist," would've been nice. A response never came. Customer service needs some work. -
