He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem a d showed me pictures showing the problem. 2 months agoAfter reaching out to several HVAC companies to get a quote on upgrading our furnace to a more energy efficient furnace, we chose to go with TRU Temp. Our consultation with the owner Dave was very informative and straight forward with the proposal/price quote. However, the employees sent to our house to install the furnace weeks after the proposed installation date were less than impressive. There was cussing heard downstairs with a child in the home, they had left several pieces of the old furnace in my basement even though the signed proposal said "removal of old furnace", they wore their outside shoes in the home to track salt/snow into the house. Lastly, after I went to check on the PVC pipe vent that was drilled through the side of my house today, I discovered large gaps surrounding the pipe, allowing cold air to flow freely into the house..... not impressed nor would I recommend if your looking to upgrade your furnace. -

He communicated clearly throughout the day about timelines, explained what needed immediate repair versus what could wait, and did it all in a way that was clear and easy to understand. 4 months agoIf I could select higher than 5 stars I would. Dave was so good and responsive and knew waaaay more about our system than the company that installed it. We had originally went with another local company and it was a disaster. It was one of those situations where you just feel stuck and ripped off and unable to get the help you need...I finally called TruTemp and WOW what a difference in customer service and expertise. Dave came out, figured everything out, fixed everything and actually improved the design and went above and beyond what was done originally. I will tell everyone to call TruTemp when they need something...and it's not even close! I value TRUST most when choosing contractors for anything; and trust me, you can trust Dave and trust TruTemp. Look no further. Don't worry about reading any other reviews or looking at any other local companies...call TruTemp now and you won't be disappointed!!! -
