10 months agoWe had a flooded basement due water leak causing septic system to backup. I called Restoration Alliance Services and Rick was here in less than 45 minutes. He evaluated the situation and had a crew out in a couple of hours. I paid the insurance deductable as a down payment Rick and worked with the insurance company directly thereafter. Job was completed including drying in 3 days. They were very safety conscious as well. They were friendly, and were careful to handle things properly with the insurance co. Very happy with the job they did. -

10 months agoCall Rick first, don't try to remediate the water by yourself. Rick could have possibly save our carpet but we removed it before he came. He worked with us and put a plan together to get our basement dry. He was up front with us with the costs too. Plus just an absolutely great guy. -

Thanks to the quick response, damage and costs were minimized. I found him to be pleasant to work with. He was transparent about the work he was doing and gave me a fair price. The problem was resolved efficiently and thoroughly. I am happy with the result and would definitely recommend him and staff.
