Scott and Chaz were able to get the old furnace out and new one in, in a day. I've been a customer of NorthStar for a number of years and couldn't be more satisfied by their service. -

3 months agoMy 43 year old furnace was exhibiting some questionable behavior at the beginning of a severe cold snap, so I thought it was probably a good idea to have a professional take a look. I called several companies and none had anyone available that day (which was a Friday), and then I called NorthStar. They said they would have someone at my house in an hour, which they did. Russ was very thorough, did several tests, looked into the innards of the old beast, and presented my options clearly and patiently. Also a very nice guy. I came away with a good feeling about this company, (which is locally owned, not part of a chain, another big plus), so much so that when it does come time to invest in a new system I've already decided that I will have NorthStar do the job. POSTSCRIPT: The furnace did give out over the weekend. I called NorthStar on Sunday afternoon and they immediately got me set up for the next morning. After one very cold night Chas and Corey arrived early Monday A.M. and got to work immediately. They were fast, efficient, courteous and friendly. They did a stellar job, and by early afternoon I had my heat back. The cost was very reasonable for the high quality furnace that I got, as well as the very clean job the guys did on the installation. I can't recommend NorthStar highly enough, I'd give 'em six stars if I could! -

3 months agoRon was absolutely fantastic. When our furnace went out we needed someone here quick and someone we knew would be able to fix it right. Ron went above and beyond. After he fixed the problem he went through and tested everything again to make sure it was perfect. Then he looked at another issue I had been sitting on for months and saved me time and money. He was personable and explained everything he was going to do and then while he was doing it. I highly recommend Ron for your heating and cooling needs!!
