They went above and beyond to capture the squirrels and to fix the areas where they were entering so that they could no longer access the attic. They kept me in the loop on every step of their process and were very professional. I'll definitely call them in the future. -

1 month agoStellar Wildlife truly provided outstanding, comprehensive and successful service to us and our old home. I'd heard noises in the ceiling over our bedroom, but it's a space that's hard for us to access or assess. I didn't want someone just placing poison or kill traps, for many reasons including our having a cat in the house. I was first impressed with their comprehensive website and humane approach, and K was very friendly and informative with my first call. They then came out to assess the property and were respectful inside the house, and again friendly, informative and not at all pressuring in their assessment and proposal. Communications by email or text were comprehensive and timely - the estimate was very detailed. Overall the work entailed setting up one-way humane traps and closing up/repairing many different types of entry points over our whole house. Eventually a big squirrel was caught, humanely removed and relocated, and the last entry point closed. I am not at all expert in home construction or these issues, so I am especially grateful for their care and patience in this process - and even their enthusiasm to teach me! If we have any other wildlife issues in our home I would 1000% call them again, they did a great job, solved the problem in a humane way and they were a joy to work with. -
