1 year agoBooked them over a week in advance for a tenant turnover, so I only had a day to get the cleaning done. They took my card information and deposit, confirmed the appointment then never showed up. I called multiple times, no one answered. Even if they had let me know they couldn't do it I could have found another cleaner. I called all the other cleaners in town trying to find someone who could do it same day and they all guessed that it was these guys that let me down. Multiple other cleaners have received the same call from other people they have done this to. Just call any other cleaner in town before bothering with these guys. I have never used them before so I'm not sure if it's even a real company, which is concerning since they have all my credit card information. -

We found out after the start time on the day of our first appointment that the cleaners wouldn't be able to make it due to car trouble. Then the next two appointments the cleaners showed up an hour late, without a heads up beforehand. I have no complaints about the cleaning, but the communication and punctuality was frustrating for me. -
