1 year agoOur family purchased the first edition Z-wave dock from WOW when it was a start up more then 20 years ago. The cedar decking finally needed replacement and we decided on the composite flow through tops. Even after all this time the team at WOW supports the older products and I walked out yesterday with all the equipment to make our 20 year old dock like brand new again! My grandfather bought local and I highly recommend you check this company out if you need a new dock or lift. -

1 year agoThis place has absolutely terrible service and will not stand behind their product nor provide follow up service. We bought a tri-toon lift "custom made" not even 1 year ago and a cable snapped and they said they don't fix it, but would provide the name of a service to fix it. They offered very little options, no service and I went with another company to fix it and when I called them to express my disappointment, no apologies, nothing. I tried to support a small company business, but with practices like this, I cannot. If I could give 0 stars I would but google does not allow me to. I would recommned researching other options in the area as there are many good one, just not walks on water. -
