11 years agoTim is very professional, polite, and punctual. He called prior to coming to let me know when he would be here, and arrived timely. I initially only contracted for one job (garbage disposal installation), but after working with him, I wanted him to complete additional projects around my house. He provided a very reasonable same-day estimate for services, and even accompanied me to the hardware store to buy exactly what was needed. He gave me every possible option available, to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am not savvy with construction and materials, but he answered every (silly) question with respect and confidence. Though I have stressed over these projects for months, he spoke as if they were very simple and easy to complete. Then, he completed them with the same confidence and ease. My only frustration was -- waiting so long to reach out for help. Reasonable estimates, timely arrival, great customer service, very experienced -- all qualities I didn't expect to find in any handyman. Tim definitely broke the mold. Tim is our handyman for all future projects, for sure!
