2 months agoFrom a completely flooded lower level 3 weeks ago today, to a completely restored lower level, many thanks Bill Rouston, owner, Incore Restoration Group and his amazing team, for making sure that my home was ready for my family to move in for a holiday. My only stipulation was to have carpet and beds back in the house in three weeks time and they exceeded my expectations. Bill managed all of the disaster clean up, contact with insurance and adjuster, and each company needed to complete the job. It was hassle free for me, and extremely professional. Most importantly, it was not stressful, as he handled it all. It takes a village, and this village was EXCEPTIONAL. From removing all the water, flooring, contents, electronics, EVERYTHING, and then bringing it all back with precision care, making sure everything was in its original place, including but not limited to furniture, electronics, art and photographs, and all contents, each team member was professional, kind, patient and did great work. Although I don't recommend going through the flood experience, the restoration was seamless and stress free. Thank you to everyone at Incore Restoration Group. -

Their staff is professional, they keep you informed and they are on your side when it comes to the repair process. I appreciate all the help they provided and their expertise on dealing with various trade work that was needed, dealing with the City on permits and with the insurance company.
