6 months agoI had Impressive Basement finish 700 square feet back in 2013 and it took them 3 days and looked beautiful. I had my basement flood recently and contacted them again to see if they could help me with panel removal and reinstall after I cleaned up,but I've got excuses that they no longer cover my area where I live and also told me they would contact a installer but have got no response in over 2 weeks. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY COVERAGE -

They were very professional and the staff of on-site tradesman were longtime employees that were very neat, knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. They completely finished our basement about 13 years ago and since then we have had them out a couple times to install new flooring due to water damage. Last week they installed waterproof vinyl flooring in our basement office and it looks fantastic!
