My 11 year old Bryant furnace and aircon was working to spec. He used his tablet to down load the everything and all was to spec ! Joshua has knowledge, patience , understanding. Jordan and Todd stayed to make sure the furnace was up and running and working with our original thermostat. Truly appreciate them taking the time after an already long day. -

4 months agoI had a leak that we thought might have been caused by a frozen pipe. Tech came and looked under our sink (not under the house where the leak was) said most of our material was outdated and they cant use the same material on new work. Fine. He went under the house, and didn't even diagnose the issue. He "called his manager" who supposedly told him not to work on our house. I was also told that if the underside of my house was wet (of course it would be, we have a water leak) then they would not do the work as well. "If its too wet for me to go under there, I wont send my guys under there." If he had actually looked to see what the issue was, he would have known it was actually our shower drain that was leaking. Meaning if our shower is not on, there is no active leak (not wet). My dad and I repaired the leak in about an hour. I did appreciate that they did not charge the $90 diagnostic fee, but I would hope not as they didn't diagnose anything.
