  My wife recently hired We Mean Clean to do a deep clean of our home. She was promised that two cleaners and that the job would be done to a high standard. Unfortunately, what I got was far from satisfactory. The cleaners arrived on time and "worked" throughout the allotted time frame and the owner charged $440 for the service which was promptly paid. But after arriving home from work and inspecting the house, it became clear that they had not achieved anything close to a deep clean standard. For example, the kitchen area, which should be a main focus of any service, wasn't thoroughly cleaned (especially the stove which still had some residual grease splatter and didn't look touched). Furthermore, they had failed to diligently vacuum the house (found MULTIPLE examples in MULTIPLE rooms of dog hair, bits leaves tracked in from our boys, and other loose impediments that would have been sucked up if the floor were vacuumed) - an inexcusable oversight for a service which promises thorough cleaning! Upon further review of our son's Nanit cams, we witnessed the cleaners just chatting away, cleaning books (like, why?) and not exactly focusing on the job at hand. The vast majority of their 6 hours were spent in the bedrooms and I still found loose dog hair and other things that should have been picked up. A great example is that I found a few of my youngest son's pacifiers beneath his crib, which is easily accessible, along with other things that should have been cleaned. In my estimation, they were milking the clock and overcharging us for substandard service. Seriously, 2 people, cleaning for 3+ hours just on the four bedrooms and 2 baths, and it's not even close to being clean. Ridiculous! On top of it all, when confronted about these issues by my wife (the primary contact for this job), the owner became combative and proceeded to use the f-word when trying to get a refund - an appalling display of professionalism! This experience has left me feeling frustrated and thoroughly dissatisfied with We Mean Clean's service overall; I cannot recommend them for any job as their work falls significantly below acceptable standards.

  I have never written a negative review about a business and love supporting local businesses, but I had such a terrible experience with this business that I felt it was important to share with other potential customers. I hired We Mean Clean to perform a deep clean of my house. They sent two individuals who were there for a total 6 hours and I truly have no idea what they did in that time. I wasn't present for the cleaning but when I arrived home, the carpets and floors were still dirty and unvacuumed, there was dust covering many surfaces, the kitchen look like it had been barely touched. The baby monitors in my kids bedrooms showed that the cleaning personnel were in their rooms for less than 10 minutes each, most of the time spent "tidying" books and toys and chatting. When I contacted the company about the poor service, they made excuses that the cleaning staff were rushed and that I didn't understand what a deep clean entailed. When I requested a refund for the service that I did not receive but paid for, I was told that wasn't possible. They took no accountability for the issues and their customer service was terrible. So terrible that at one point, they even used the "f" word when communicating with me via text. All in all, it was a horrible experience and I caution any who are exploring using this company not to choose them.

  . Super easy to make a first appointment--arrangements were made via email and text. Pricing is straightforward. The housecleaners were conscientious about COVID safety guidelines. I requested an odd schedule--every 3rd week. The first team of two came three times, the 1st time was a deep clean, but was not available for 4th cleaning. Ms Res sent a different team that I liked very much and I've asked for that team to be scheduled from here on out. I'm hoping she will be able to honor that request. Because the cleaning team represents Ms Res and the company, I direct all questions and concerns to her, typically via text, I've found her to be responsive in her efforts to address all issues. Having a cleaning service is a HUGE luxury and I'm looking forward to seeing the team this week!!!

  I found this company on Yelp and had a great experience from start to finish. They responded right away to discuss scheduling and were timely and efficient the day of the appointment. Vivian was the name of the woman who came to my house and she was very kind, informative, considerate, and detailed every step of the way. My home felt fresh and super clean! I will definitely continue to utilize We Mean Clean services moving forward! Highly Recommend!!
