2 months agoKyle and crew at Longtree simply do a great job. They are reliable, fair, they clean-up the job site like nobody else, and they are just a bunch of friendly guys. We've had several trees removed by them, and they also injected some of our pines that were losing needles. They look better than ever. I highly recommend them! -

Owner came to do estimate, walked around with us to determine exact work to be done, took pictures and highlighted what needed to be done on our six front yard trees. Quote was received by the end of the day. When crew arrived to do work, they confirmed exact work on each tree compared to the photo taken during quote before starting work, kept us informed throughout project, walked around at the end with us to verify all work was done as expected. Clean-up was complete. Looks great, I intend to have them out next year to do the remaining trees in the backyard. Would recommend highly. -

2 months agoWe have been using Longtree for our tree service needs for several years and will continue to do so. Mainly because they provide honest, exceptional service at a reasonable price. We have a few older, delicate white pines that are on a maintenance schedule for trunk injections to stave off an infection that was slowly killing them. Not only did it stop the progression of the problem but the trees seem to have rebounded and look better than they have in years! Most recently they were out to chip some downed limbs and as always worked swiftly and cleaned up as if they were never there. Highly recommend! -

3 months agoAfter getting several estimates to have some tree trimming work. We decided to go with Longtree. They weren't the cheapest estimate. However, I really liked Kyle and the fact that he was a certified arborist. He took the time to talk about trimming to maintain the health and integrity of the trees. He even sent out addtional information, and a video that I could show to my neighbor, which supported why she needs to get rid of the dying Black Locus Tree that is on my fence line, falling on my house and in my yard. Along with the Locus, an Elm Tree hanging over my house that I've been trimming for thirty years. She won't even go half....forgive me I digress. I like that they were licensed and insuranced, too. Jane handled the appointment promptly and professionally. When there was rain on the original scheduled date, Jane quickly rescheduled us to the earliest date. Rafael and the crew came out to do the job. I must admit there was a slight misunderstanding about the scope of the job. Rafael was patient and professional. I spoke with Kyle over the phone, and again, very professional. It was minor and quickly resolved. That's what you want when clarification and understanding need to be made. You should want a happy and satisfied customer. Rafael made sure that I'd be one of them. I can say that my husband and I are satisfied customers. Great job, Longtree! You can look at their crews work after the job is done and say that looks really good. They clean up nicely, too. My husband said to give you ten stars. I told him it only goes up to five, so I guess you'll have to settle for five. Keep up the good work and your professionalism. M & M G -

3 months agoOur son referred us to Longtree Tree Service after having exceptional work done at his home in Berkley, Kyle, the owner and an arborist, came to our home 2 weeks ago and discussed what services we needed and printed a contract right then with specifics regarding our needs. This morning 5 professionals with 3 trucks removed a few trees and many branches from our property. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were very courteous and cleaned up after they finished! I highly recommend their services to anyone. You wil not be disappointed !!
