1 year agoBelieving in supporting local small business I used Boardwell. Give it a 4 for the water heater & the lift pump last year. This year was not good with a thermostat issue. After multiple attempts at being patient, I still got the wrong tstat after dealing with them all of 2024. If they don't deal with dual heat they should have said so up front. Now I have paid 2 different contractors for what they should have done in the beginning. I doubt they will be HVAC dealer moving forward. -

2 years agoA leaky roof only leaks when it rains and air conditioners never fail on a cool day! Huge thanks to Team-Boardwell for getting a new AC system installed during this heat wave. Their prices are competitive and the service is off the charts great. You can ask for better, but I'm not sure you'll find it. Highly recommend! -

He diagnosed the issue in minutes of walking into the house, went to get the parts, and had it fixed and running all under 2 hours.
