2 months agoOur heat stopped working this week and after my husband did some trouble shooting, he told me to call Bobby and ask for a service call. Even though he was out of town, Bobby called us back that night, gave my husband a couple of more trouble shooting tips and said if those didn't work, he'd see us as soon as he got back. Unfortunately, they didn't and Bobby did come to our house as soon as he returned. Our diagnosis was a bad circuit board. He ordered it and 3 days later it was installed. Very happy with the service we have received with Comfort Craftsman! Highly recommend!! -

2 months agoBobby came out to replace our old bathroom exhaust fan. He was so easy to work with. He was upfront on pricing, offered suggestions, and went above and beyond. I have a family member who is a retired inspector and he said " make sure the person doing it is installing this type of fan + making sure it's vented out the attic properly" I was thrilled to say " yep Bobby covered all that in our quote". You can tell he's super knowledgeable and listened to what I was requesting even if I didn't have the proper terminology. I will use Comfort Craftsman moving forward... really happy with his work & professionalism. -

2 months agoWe had Bobby come to our home to estimate installation of a new exterior vent and make-up air supply for a kitchen range hood. Unlike others that we got estimates from, he was VERY thorough in his assessment of what we were attempting to do and the work that would be required. In fact, his written proposal to do the work was BY FAR the most detailed that we received. We found him to be very knowledgeable (even about things many HVAC contractors do not often do including ventilation), consultative and easy to work with. We highly recommend Bobby and are glad to have found his company.
