4 years agoOur AC unit is anything but new, so when it quit working on us 5 years ago, we assumed it was time for a new one. Request was one of three companies we had come take a look. The two other companies said it could not be fixed and quoted us on a new unit and air handler to the tune of 5-7 thousand then. Leon came and actually worked on it. He was able to fix it in 30 minutes, and charged us very little. SO, when it stopped working again this summer, we knew who to call. By now we were pretty sure it had seen it's day, but nope! Leon to the rescue! He did a quick fix initially that didn't quite fix the problem, so he came back and looked again. He was able to get it back up and running by tightening a few connections in the 1000 degree attic. There was no charge for his return. If you want someone that won't take advantage of you, is honest, dependable, and fair on price, Request Heating and Cooling is who to call. I will never use another company. Leon, thank you AGAIN! -
