3 years agoDid not bother to remember my appointment at 11am after I called them I was told they would show up at 3pm instead after they did not show up again they ignored my calls. Not to mention they were double the price of previously quoted companies. I've now had 5 other companies not show up. -

5 years agoI had been having a very hard time finding someone to rebuild my subfloor and flooring after mold remediation due to how booked everyone was. I was referred to Grand rapids flooring and got a very reasonable quote compared to others that I had received. They also made sure to come out quickly so I could move back in During the install they found mold that had been missed and were willing to come back after I had gotten it taken care of at no extra charge to finish what they couldn't due to the wall crumbling. Well hire again on future flooring projects! -

Jon, our salesperson helped us select material and gave us great tips on choosing the right floor for a busy household. It looks great. He helped me with a difficult commercial project in an older building that the general contractor's floor guy walked away from. Jon problem solved and presented me a fished product that was better than I could have hoped for. Very satisfied!!
