3 months agoI had them come put flooring down in my whole house (upstairs/basement). They were recommended to me by a friend. My flooring looks nice. They people were nice. I have however had to have it fixed. I call and get voicemail ( always full). Takes hours to get a return call. I have set up times to have them come and they Don't show, call, text. I set up a time and they change it to a different time. I spent a lot of money and I shouldn't have to have repairs done to flooring ( 6 months later). The lack of respect a company has for a customer is a shame. I most likely will not spread good words unto my family, friends, co-workers, Facebook. -

3 months agoWe contracted Absolute Floor Covering to provide carpet and underlayment for our finished basement. We reached out via web form on their website and received a response from Sarah very quickly over the weekend. We scheduled a consult with Jamie for that next week. He brought samples with him to show us the range of colors and thickness. We talked through the pros and cons of each choice. After we landed on final paint and finish choices, we brought Jamie back on additional time to confirm carpet color selection. The quoting/approval process was very easy. Install went smoothly. We were eager to get moved into the basement ahead of the winter weather, so they worked with us to accelerate our timeline. We love how everything turned out. We would recommend them and will be using them again for future flooring projects. Thanks, Absolute team! -
