3 months agoBeen dealing with the owner since August to get my car fixed after a terrible job done in June. Nothing but broken promises and unanswered emails./calls/texts. I've been extremely patient and responded to everything they needed timely and then I wait and wait and wait for them to respond. They took my car in to be fixed on June 11. Then they had to fix some things and just happened to shut the shop down in Alma the day after they looked at my car and supposedly ordered the parts to fix it. Doug (I think is his name) asked me to send some more pics and videos to him via text. I did on Dec 5th and nothing. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I have pages and pages of emails. Contacted BBB and they tried to contact the shop and had to close the request out due to no communication. If you know me I'm not a person to contact BBB or complain.. I just want my car fixed and not too have any more contact with them!! Follow up per the response I received. The radio was not damaged per accident. It was damaged after the body shop in Alma had the car. How about the door rubbing on the frame? Or how about the hood latch? I was told it was the fault of the alma body shop. They admitted it needed to be fixed by them and then a few days later they shut down. She even told me she had the parts ordered. I've been working with my insurance company and they have yet to hear anything from your office. They have even left multiple voicemails for Doug and no response. -

3 months agoHonestly a complete nightmare. I took my car in in the early part of July. After a month (they told me two weeks) I got my car "back" but they still hadn't gotten all the parts needed to fix my car. When I drove on it I knew immediately that my alignment was off. Took the car back in 5 times because they kept not having all the parts nessecary to complete the work. Had my insurance not already been dealing with them I would've gone somewhere else to finish it. Well, when I got my car back in DECEMBER, finally fixed I got in it to find loads of trash that wasn't mine as well as someone's garage door opener. I do not have a garage so I'm pretty sure they were letting staff drive it around. -
