It was frustrating to not have them show up, and it was upsetting that they didn't leave a not or a voice mail (the owner, at least, had my phone number) so that I had to call them. What kind of customer service is it to leave your customers in the lurch without the courtesy of letting them know? They are nice enough on the phone, and their prices seem reasonable. I just wish that they had basic customer courtesy skills. Be aware that you will need to have a very simple gate system or leave detailed instructions on opening your gate, and all openings are over 3 feet wide. If you do, then I bet they'll work out great.

FAQ

How does Total Lawn Care & Snowplowing determine pricing for snow removal services?

We assess pricing based on the size of the driveway, walkway, or parking lot, along with snow accumulation levels and frequency of service needed during Flint's winter conditions. Custom quotes ensure fair costs tailored to residential or commercial properties. Monthly billing options, such as around $100 for regular lawn services, provide predictable expenses year-round.

Do you offer free estimates for snow plowing jobs?

We provide free estimates to evaluate your property and discuss snow removal needs. This allows us to review site specifics like access points and equipment requirements before committing to a plan. Contact us directly to schedule one suited to your driveway or parking lot.

Does Total Lawn Care & Snowplowing handle ice management and parking lot clearing?

Our team clears snow from driveways, walkways, and parking lots while managing ice with salt application to prevent slips. We use plows and salt spreaders on trucks designed for harsh conditions in Flint, MI. This covers both residential and commercial properties effectively.

What does Total Lawn Care & Snowplowing do for cleanup after snow removal?

We remove snow piles from cleared areas and apply salt evenly to melt remaining ice without excess residue. Properties are left accessible and tidy, with minimal disruption to landscaping or walkways. Homeowners can expect driveways and paths ready for immediate use post-service.

Why is hiring you for snow removal safer than doing it yourself?

Our equipment handles heavy snow loads and large areas efficiently, reducing risks like equipment strain or incomplete clearing that DIY methods often face. Professional ice management prevents slip hazards more thoroughly than manual salting. Trained teams work faster in Flint's tough winters, avoiding physical strain or injury common with shoveling.
