3 months agoEven though my roof was only 3 years old, it had to be replaced. The previous owner obviously replaced the shingles a year before I purchased the home, but did not address the ventilation issues (home inspector did not point this out, either). It looked great for the first year, but then began to have issues and my entire roof was wavy-looking. Gary Paquette came out to do an inspection and provide a quote. He was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done so that I would have a roof that lasted. He pointed out issues that no other contractor had even mentioned - part of the house was sloped too low to have shingles and the garage had no intake for ventilation. He provided a quote before he left which was in the same range as other quotes, but actually addressed ALL of the issues. Gary even said it could be done in a single day. A 16-man crew showed up and worked for over 10 hours and finished it in one day! Terry Lockhart was even here for part of the day and suggested we add even more ventilation, which was a minimal difference in cost. When the crew was finished, they cleaned up everything and left my yard looking better than when they arrived! I have been extremely happy with the new roof and the knowledge that it will last - thank you Lockhart Roofing! -

Gary Paquette met us on a unrelated roof inspection over a year ago ,he made such a good impression we kept his card for a time we may need roofing services, the time came, we called and he quickly responded with a solution we all agreed on and expedited repair quickly, it looks like a seamless match. I would highly recommend Gary and his team at Lockhart to neighbors and friends, they did a wonderful job. -

3 months agoI wanted to have my roof replaced and Lockhart Roofing was 1 of 4 estimates I received. Nick came to my home and evaluated my roof. He went on the roof and examined it, took pictures of problem areas so he could discuss them with me. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell he really enjoyed his work and wanted to thoroughly explain everything which I greatly appreciated .. He answered several questions and addressed a few concerns I had .. The crew who delivered the shingles were very efficient. The roofing crew showed up at 7:30am and immediately got on the roof. Each guy had his job and I couldn't believe how coordinated this team was. By 4pm, everything was cleaned up !! It was as if they weren't even there except I had a beautiful roof !! The price was the best of my 4 estimates.. I have gotten several positive comments from my neighbors about how nice my roof looks. I am extremely pleased with the job Lockhart Roofing did for me and I highly recommend them !!
