4 months agoI recently had an experience at this location that was disappointing and unprofessional. The lady who works there i interacted with did not seem to understand the basics of her job responsibilities and provided incorrect information several times. When I asked for clarification, she became noticeably rude and dismissive instead of trying to help resolve the issue. Professionalism and customer service are important, and unfortunately neither were demonstrated during my visit. I hope management addresses this, as proper training and respectful communication would greatly improve the customer experience moving forward. -

2 years agoSandra and Sami were terrific! Sami recommended an LVP style/color/brand that we were not thinking about, yet we took a sample home and loved it! Ended up ordering from them, and Sandra made the process smooth and us feel welcomed. Great job! Also, hire Tony at Modern Flooring to complete your flooring installation! -

2 years agoWest Michigan flooring has a great selection of flooring . We were looking for wide plank wood Flooring and they had exactly what we we looking for . Love the flooring very easy care , looks Wonderful . We very much appreciate the knowledge and kindness at West Michigan flooring. Finding the right flooring is half the battle but to have the floor installed correctly with out any problems was great . Tony from Modern flooring does the installation for West Michigan flooring and is experienced and very knowledgeable! Great all around experience! -
