2 years agoWe are so lucky to have had Integrated Flooring and Hale Flooring and Designs be an important part of making our new house a home. They went above and beyond to remove a 4x14 ft brick wall separating the living space and removed a wood burning stove to make way for the most beautiful hardwood floor that our son enjoys running his toddler feet over everyday. It was an intense timeline with our move in date, and they got it done without sacrificing the high quality and craftsmanship. I am so thankful! -

2 years agoI was impressed from the very beginning. Anthony and a young woman (I didn't catch her name!) came out and measured my kitchen and I picked out the flooring I wanted. It was quick and there was no salesman's pitch. I received my estimate from Jeff later that evening. It was HALF of what another company quoted me. Anthony and woman (I don't know her name) was quick, but thorough, and professional. I would definitely go with Integrated Flooring again. Thank you!! -

2 years agoJeff was very polite and professional, his crew were just as great. They were awesome with communicating as well. I quoted 3 companies and this company, not only came in at the lowest, but also had higher quality flooring than the others and a great warranty. They also cleaned up after themselves which is an added bonus! -

FAQ
How does Integrated Flooring determine pricing for carpet installation?
We provide custom quotes based on several factors, including the square footage of your space, the type of carpet you select, and any additional services like stairs, transitions, or removal of old flooring. During our initial consultation, we measure your area and discuss your specific needs so we can give you an accurate estimate. We recommend getting quotes from multiple installers to compare pricing, and we're happy to walk you through what's included in our estimate so there are no surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Integrated Flooring maintains proper licensing and insurance to protect both our team and your home during installation. When you hire a carpet contractor, it's important to verify these credentials upfront, and we encourage you to ask for our license information and proof of insurance. This protects you in case of any accidents or unforeseen issues during the project.
Does Integrated Flooring handle carpet tile installation as well as traditional carpet rolls?
We work with both carpet tiles and traditional carpet rolls, giving you flexibility in choosing the right product for your space. Carpet tiles are excellent for areas where you might need to replace sections later, while rolls work well for seamless coverage in larger rooms. Our team can advise you on which option makes the most sense for your home based on your layout, traffic patterns, and design preferences.
How far in advance should I schedule your installation?
Integrated Flooring recommends scheduling your installation as soon as you've selected your carpet and are ready to move forward. We ask for advance notice so we can coordinate delivery of your materials and ensure our crew is available when you need us. We'll also confirm that your carpet has arrived before we schedule the installation date, so everything is ready to go when our team shows up.
What does Integrated Flooring do with old carpet and installation debris?
We handle the removal and disposal of old carpet as part of our service, so you don't have to worry about hauling it away yourself. Our team will also clean up the work area and leave your home in good condition once installation is complete. If you have questions about what's included in your quote regarding cleanup and disposal, we'll make sure that's clear during our initial estimate.
Why should I hire a professional installer instead of doing carpet installation myself?
Professional installation ensures your carpet is properly stretched, seamed, and secured, which affects both how it looks and how long it lasts. Improper installation can lead to wrinkles, premature wear, and voided warranties. Our experience with different carpet types, subfloor conditions, and room layouts means we can handle challenges that DIY installation often misses, and we stand behind our work with proper warranties.
