3 months agoAlmost 24 hours has elapsed and they have yet to plow or shovel the walks at our community. If you don't have the manpower don't take the work, it's a simple concept. -

2 years agoCompletely disgusted with this company. A mother duck laid her eggs and was sitting protecting her nest right outside ourfont door. This company does landscaping for our townhouse complex and seeing that they were laying down mulch that day I wanted to let them know of the mother duck and her nest. I flagged down a truck with two of their workers to let them know about the situation. I spoke to a guy who was friendly (the driver) and female with glasses and black hair (the passenger). I politely alerted them of the situation and asked if they could not disturb the duck or move my 6 year olds bike that the nest was behind. The woman was microaggresive and rude, so I contacted to talk to the young man. he said absolutely and that they would make the other workers aware, so i thanked him and they drive off. I also posted a sign in the window right above the nesting nest and resting mother. When we got home, we discovered our bike was was tossed to the side, and they mulched right over the eggs. this is both heartbreaking and scary, the individual who did this is sick minded and lacks a regard for innocent life and private property and therefore should not be on the job. These are baby animals and a mother duck that are completely harmless and defenseless, and the person or persons who commited this needs be held accountable. We will be calling this company to report this. abuse in whatever circumstance to animals is is unacceptable. Shame, shame , shame on you. -

2 years agoI lived in an apartment complex that had C&S do their snow removal for the last two winters. I actually work in snow removal myself, and I was impressed with the work they did. All the snow was cleared in a timely fashion, and they did a very thorough job--for example, using a machine to clear the sidewalks, then having a shovel crew come through to clean up the edges and doorways. A lot of times companies will skip parking spots to save time, but they are supposed to plow them out if there are 2+ empty spots next to each other. C&S always plowed out the spots if there were at least 2. I've lived in A LOT of apartment complexes, and without a doubt the best snow removal service I had was here with C&S. -
