8 months agoI needed to replace a couple of garage door opener units. SnowBird showed up when they said they would and did all the work quickly. They were pleasant to deal with and were able to answer my questions. They were not the cheapest, but I was willing to pay a bit more to deal with a reputable company. Unfortunately, in this case I was wrong to trust the positive reviews. The problem is that they do not stand behind their work. When they finished the job, they left the light bulb covers open on the garage door openers, presumably to make it easier for me to install the light bulbs. Once I screwed them in, I tried to close the covers only to realize that there was not enough clearance between the garage door openers and the mounting rails they were attached to for the cover to close. I called SnowBird multiple times about this oversight, but they never ended up fixing the problem. It's been over a year and the lightbulb covers on my new garage door openers are still hanging loose in the open position. -
