I never feel confused or left wondering about the status of the work. He's excellent at diagnosing the real issue and fixing it properly, not just applying a quick patch. I also really appreciate that he's always mindful of costs, offering thoughtful suggestions and options instead of pushing unnecessary work. On top of that, he's incredibly respectful of my home. He wears booties and even lays down blankets to protect my hardwood floors, which speaks to how careful and considerate he is. We scheduled with a different company that had good online reviews and were told we needed to try a costly $1600 repair for our gas fireplace, and that this may not even fix the problem.
