1 year agoMarcus and his crew were very professional. Marcus was very pleasant and knowledgeable, determined the best way to deal with my water issue in the basement and ultimately did a thorough job. Since my water issue is usually occurring in the winter months, I have not been able to fully assess whether the sump pump system has been effective but Marcus has assured me that he wants to be contacted to hear whether it is successful in removing the water away from the basement and will follow up to be sure it is working effectively. The only negative comment was that I was not expecting a maintenance fee of 400$ annually to maintain the pump. I deferred this due to the cost and hope that Marcus will guarantee his work without requiring an annual fee and will follow up if needed. I believe he will stand by his work. -

1 year agoMarcus & his crew helped take care of a rudimentary sump pump pit that I was worried about in my basement, they did excellent work & they worked very hard fixing my issue. It now looks great & has a battery backup. Don't hesitate to call them for your drainage problems. Very professional! -
