2 months agoAtmos made the whole process of installing our new HVAC & Heat pump system absolutely seamless when we made the decision to switch from oil only... During the initial phases, Saleek took the time to review what systems would work best, available energy saving programs, and informing us of state and federal rebate's alleviating the pressures with expertise with true professionalism. They left our home as clean as before any installation work was done, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! -

2 months agoSaleek and his crew are like no other. I received a response to my text that my heat was out within 10 mins. The crew came the next morning and after determining our heating system was not repairable they got an entire new unit installed the same day. Also in the past I've required repair on my AC, and again I received an immediate response and service to rectify the problem. I would highly recommend Atmos for heating and AC services. -

2 months agoI would definitely recommend Saleek And his team to anyone looking for HVAC services. The Atmos team installed central heating and cooling system. During the process, they answered any questions or concerns I had. Although my project has been done for a while every time I reach out Saleek is responsive. I appreciate the level of professionalism and customer care provided provided by his team. -

11 months agoSaleek and the Atmos team were super professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with at every step of the process. Saleek identified MassSave options and was familiar with heatpump systems. Other contractors we talked to seemed uninterested or unable to explore these options. They were the only HVAC contractor who was able to suggest a rooftop heatpump option to us. Atmos also worked to address electrical concerns that others missed, making sure the new unit would be safe. They provided transparent estimates that clearly explained the work to be done. Saleek knows his stuff and provides honest advice, even if it doesn't serve the bottom line. Can't say enough good things about Atmos, we had a great experience and would recommend them to others.

FAQ
Does Atmos HVAC provide free estimates for HVAC upgrades like heat pump installs?
We offer free estimates tailored to your home's needs, covering repairs, new systems, heat pump installations, and oil-to-gas conversions. Our team assesses your setup on-site to determine the best options and identifies available MassSave incentives to help offset costs. This ensures you receive a clear, detailed quote without upfront charges.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC work?
Atmos HVAC carries all necessary licensing, bonding, and insurance, including workers' compensation and general liability, to protect your property during installations and repairs. We comply with state and local requirements, including EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants. You can request proof of our credentials before any work begins.
Does Atmos HVAC handle ductless mini-split installations and hydronic boiler systems?
We install ductless mini-split systems, hydronic heating boilers with copper piping, and ductwork for both residential and commercial spaces. Our technicians evaluate your ductwork, airflow, and static pressure to ensure optimal performance, proposing modifications if needed. This approach matches equipment to your home's layout, insulation, and sun exposure for efficient heating and cooling.
What is your typical response time and installation timeline?
We respond to service calls and intake forms within 12 hours, with team members like Vanessa arriving shortly after contact. For projects like oil-to-gas conversions or heat pump installs, we schedule based on permitting needs and provide clear timelines from deposit to completion. Expect hands-on walkthroughs of options beforehand to align with your availability.
Does Atmos HVAC clean up after installations and handle debris removal?
We use drop cloths and protective measures during work to safeguard your home, then thoroughly clean the site, removing all debris and waste from installations like outdoor units or ductwork. Post-install testing verifies performance before we leave, ensuring your space is left neat. This includes proper disposal of old materials in line with local regulations.
Why is hiring you safer and more effective than attempting a DIY HVAC upgrade?
Our professionals perform Manual J load calculations considering your home's insulation, windows, and layout to size equipment correctly, avoiding issues like short cycling or high energy use from improper fits. We follow manufacturer specs for refrigerant charging, line set insulation, and airflow testing, which DIY efforts often skip, leading to reduced efficiency and safety risks. Team members patiently explain options suited to your space, ensuring long-term reliability over trial-and-error methods.
