We really appreciate all the energy and effort that went into fixing our approx. 23 year old refrigerator! The gentleman went above and beyond to get this to work, and it's working perfectly....almost like new now....the ice maker is making great ice cubes....the water from the dispenser is ice cold.....the frame is no longer hot....and the fan installed is operating smoother and no longer making any rough sounds. The gentleman came out 4 times under the 90 day warrantee and worked to resolve our issues, so that we could be prepared for this year's Thanksgiving holiday. The gentleman demonstrated excellent troubleshooting skills and patience, as this was not an easy fix. It's truly a joy to use our refrigerator now, after fixing so many issues. Well done!!!!

When I got a failed compressor on a 4 year old hvac unit, FUSE was the only company in the area who accepted the job which required going through the warranty process to get it replaced. And They were EXCELLENT!!!

Excellent Service - Fast, Clean, and Professional! Dmitriy and his partner did an outstanding job repairing my oven. They worked efficiently, tested everything carefully, and left the area spotless. I'll definitely hire them again for future repairs.

We had a faulty gas valve in our furnace and they took care of it. They spent couple hours on the diagnose which is free, then gave me a quote and came back another day for the fix. I noticed the furnace not working again after the fix and they came back the next morning to replace the limit switch. Overall responsive and the technician explained everything. Very happy with the work and the price is reasonable.

FAQ

How does Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Boston determine pricing, and do you offer free estimates?

We provide upfront, honest pricing with a detailed written estimate before any work begins. Our estimates break down labor costs, parts, equipment model numbers, and any additional materials so you know exactly what you're paying for. We also conduct free diagnostics to identify the problem and give you a clear quote-you're never obligated to proceed until you've reviewed the full scope and cost.

Are you licensed, insured, and certified to work on HVAC systems?

Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Boston maintains full licensing, bonding, and insurance coverage to protect you and your home. Our technicians carry EPA 608 certification, which is required nationwide for anyone handling refrigerant. We're familiar with local Boston-area permitting requirements and inspections, and we can provide proof of credentials upon request.

What HVAC services does Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Boston handle beyond basic repairs?

We handle furnace repairs, AC service, and full HVAC system installations including mini-split units and ductwork. Our team performs thorough diagnostics on all components-electrical connections, refrigerant charge, airflow, static pressure, and condensate drains. Whether you need a seasonal tune-up, emergency repair, or a complete system replacement, we have the expertise and equipment to do the job right.

What should I expect for scheduling and how quickly can you arrive?

Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Boston works with your schedule to find a convenient appointment time. Based on customer feedback, our team arrives promptly and works efficiently to minimize disruption to your day. For urgent issues like a failed furnace in winter, we prioritize emergency calls. When you contact us, we'll give you a realistic timeline from diagnosis through completion.

How does Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Boston handle cleanup and protect my home during service?

We treat your home with respect by using drop cloths, shoe covers, and careful handling of all work areas. After installation or repair, we clean up debris and leave your space in the condition we found it. Our technicians take pride in professional workmanship-customer reviews consistently mention that our team leaves areas spotless and conducts thorough testing before we leave.

Why should I hire a professional instead of attempting HVAC repairs myself?

HVAC systems involve refrigerant handling, electrical components, and precise calibration that require specialized training and EPA certification. Improper installation or repair can reduce efficiency, shorten equipment life, void warranties, and create safety hazards. Our technicians use industry-standard practices like Manual J load calculations for sizing, static pressure testing, and proper refrigerant charge verification-details that DIY approaches typically miss and that directly impact your comfort and energy bills.
