13 years agoRun, don't walk from this group unless trust is something you don't care about. Our job was quoted at $600k and as we added up the pieces afterwards came to conclude that it was really a $350-$400k project (we were under time pressure so did not shop the project). Initially we were thrilled that at last we had a contractor who never came back for more $$- little did we know it was already built into the price. Years later we had leaks and ultimately found that there was hugely shoddy work. The contractor who fixed the situation just shook his head when he saw the work.
